Continued growth in Rocklin spawned one of the community's proudest achievements of 1993-the city's first high school. Rocklin High, located on Stanford Ranch Road, was built with funds from a bond measure that city residents overwhelmingly approved.
In addition to the high school, Rocklin Unified School District plans to open a new elementary school in Stanford Ranch in 1994. The city also is home to Placer County's only community college-Sierra College, with a student body of about 13,500. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: SCHOOL DISTRICT: LIBRARY: POST OFFICE: |
